事前の予約もメールでスムーズにできました。予約確定メールでは、費用についても詳しく説明があり、安心して受診することができました。 受診当日は早めに到着しました。レセプションの方も親切で、笑顔で対応してくださいました。静かな待合室で問診表に記入しました。診療は日本語でしっかり説明をしてくださるので一層安心でした。治療は正確、丁寧で、痛みを感じることなく終わりました。治療後も経過についての状況確認のメールをくださり、一層信頼感が増しました。 歯石除去も定期的に行こうと考えています。
日本で治療途中だった仮歯が欠けてしまい、今回訪問させて頂きました。電話で相談させていただいた時もすごく丁寧に対応していただき、大体ではありますが見積もりの金額も出して下さり安心して訪問することができました。シティからトラムで1時間ほどかかりますが、歯医者さんはトラムストップの目の前でアクセスしやすかったです。 今回柴田先生はご不在とのことで、アラン先生が治療をして下さりました。とても明るく親切な先生で、今の歯の状態、どのように治療するか、この場合いくらかかる等丁寧に説明して下さいました。また、治療においても適切に処置していただき大変助かりました！ 歯科衛生士さんのハルカさんは日本の方で、英語が分からない時に助けて下さり、治療中も笑顔で優しくサポートして下さって、とても安心できました。 海外で歯の治療となるととても不安だと思いますが、このクリニックは安心して通っていただけると思います。アラン先生、ハルカさんありがとうございました！
