Vesta G. Williams has over 30 years experience in providing excellent therapeutic care. Her initial training in massage was in 1984. She got her CT and NY state license in 1993 at the CT Center for Massage Therapy. Vesta went beyond the basics and received extensive training through the John Barnes Myofascial Release and John Upledger Craniosacral therapy programs. She keeps her skills up to date through continuing education and regularly receives her own massage to be able to serve her clients better.

I live in NY and made the mistake of not buying the package. I expected not to come back because of the distance - actually went with a friend. Now I know, I will be a regular customer, and just make a relaxing therapy day for myself. It’s worth the time and money!

This was my first time getting a shiatsu massage and I really enjoyed it. It was a relaxing experience and I appreciate how Vesta targeted my problems areas. The massage techniques helped relieve some discomfort I was feeling my neck and back. I’ll be retuning for another session soon. Thanks Vesta!
This was more than just a relaxing massage. I’ve been totally unhinged/free! Vesta really listens to you, and intrinsically finds what you didn't realize you need, applying just the right amount of pressure to release those really tight spots. In addition, she has really useful tips to help you keep the flow going for as long as you can. Highly recommend!
