Since when is 18% not enough?! The massage was good, but the place skeeved me out and the therapists were incredibly rude. After the massage I tipped 18% and another older woman looked at me and kept smiling with her hands still outstretched, saying "20%... you not like massage?". I told her that 18% is certainly generous enough and she and all of the other women began speaking in Chinese, obviously about my unwillingness to tip more. Incredibly rude. Shiatsu Spa I had the most wonderful massage ever. The staff was friendly and the setting was very relaxing. The massage was an hour and covered and relaxed every muscle in my body. If your looking for a very good massage, this is the place to go. The price was very reasonable. It was not painful at all. I have been going there for over 2 years now.
