We been coming here for years and we went to the up stairs location at American dream to get a gift card and we were told they stopped selling them. We went to the downstairs location, and as soon as we even walked in the door, they were already telling us no gift cards no, hello no nothing and then they proceeded, tell us that both places are the same place. Therefore, they must’ve called down to warn the employees that we were looking for gift cards.

Came here with my boyfriend over 10 times at least we became regulars up until recently when there professionalism for some reason went out the window. Every time we’ve went they have been paid and tipped until the last two times where once he pressed no tip on the card machine they proceeded to go “no tip?” before he could even go in his bag and give it to them. Not to mention the male masseuse grunted and proceeded to speak in his language to the other staff and make jokes once he saw us because of him being told about him... read more

Don't come in here no one was in the store. Door was wide open with sign saying it was open at 6:35 pm. How can you leave your business open with no one inside and these are the type of people that complain no one gives them tips.
