My consultation with Dr.Ortiz was wonderful. She was so pleasant and easy to talk to. I never felt rushed and she really listened to my concerns. She asked the right questions to understand my situation and made many wonderful recommendations to achieve my weight loss goals. She set me up with a dietician to start my journey on the right path. I look forward to continuing to work with her to achieve my weight loss goals.
Absolutely terrible waited two months for an appointment just to show up and they tell me that it was canceled and they don’t know how it happened meanwhile I have to take a day from work and lose money for this unorganized and incompetent doctors office!
