I had the worst haircut of my life here. Asked for a trim with just the dead ends and the stylist cut 4+ inches off my hair without confirming that I wanted this. Would not return here or recommend this salon.
I've always had an amazing experience here, personally had fantastic work done by Alicia and Sarah - the other stylists are all so friendly too! Everyone is really down to earth. Love this salon!!!
This is my first time visiting this saloon in new haven . Affordable price and excellent service. I couldn’t be more pleased with my haircut – it turned out perfect! I definitely recommend booking with Vera Asprelli; she’s truly talented and makes you feel at ease throughout the process.
I'm very picky about hair, and I've never gone to the same hair stylist twice until coming here and meeting Alicia. Not only is she a great stylist who I trust with my hair but she is also a very cool person! 10/10 recommend
