EXCELLENT SERVICE and FIRST EXPERIENCE!!! SHI NAIL & SPA was AMAZING!!! They were accommodating (for my last minute manicure/refill), kind, patient with me and offered to assist me in every way necessary, WITHOUT COMPLAINTS! 🤗 (I'm physically disabled, have severe degenerative joint disease, a broken hip AND a damaged R knee apparatus. I got acrylics and they fell off after 2 days. Terrible customer service and their work is sub par
I was first, impressed at how clean the salon was! Excellent customer service and my toes looked fabulous! Definitely going back
Genuinely did terrible. I’ve had no issues with this place in the past but the past two times I went, the first time I got gel and it chipped two days later. The second time (and most recent/last time ever coming here) I got the same girl and I wanted dip and she did 4 coats of the pink colored dip powder and my nails were so insanely thick and shaped like bubbles, mind you she was rushing so much I got my nails finished in 25 min.
