This was my first time visiting Shi Nails in Downingtown. I came for a dip manicure that was overall well done, but unfortunately, while my previous set was being soaked off, I was shocked by the ultrasonic machine. At first, it was making a strange noise and another tech heard and shut it off. I love this nail salon. I've tried others in the area and they are the absolute best

Neat and clean place, with no offensive acrylic fumes! The staff is lovely, and I got a very nice chair massage after my pedicure. I'll definitely be back!
It definitely gets busy as some other reviews say but they were able to take me as a walk in. Elaine did my fill and eyebrows and it was great. $10 for brows and $52 for the fill and shape. I will definitely be back.
