I want to start by saying I that I never thought I would be writing a negative review about this salon, but here we are. I also want to point out that there are some phenomenal nail techs here so not every experience will be the same. The last time I got my nails done at Shi, I had a different tech than usual. We love Shi nails! I get a gel manicure and pedicure and my partner gets a regular manicure and pedicure. Her regular manicure lasts weeks! I highly recommend making a reservation as they can be busy especially on the weekends.

OVERPRICED, NO COMMUNICATION AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I walked in they told me 45 for dip nail. As I was ready to checkout they charged me an egregious 70 dollars. They charged me all these up charges WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW. I am disgusted and I would NEVER RECOMMEND. They will take advantage of you and rip you off. Not worth it and so upset! So disappointed.
