Shey saved my entire work week. I had arrived from out of town and forgot my hearing-aid charger and she was able to loan me one and I wasn't even a customer at that time. I am now and will be in the future!

Shey was amazing in helping me get my hearing aids. It took two years of fighting with my insurance and getting everything my insurance wanted and all the hearing tests and letters, But she never gave up or stopped fighting for me. She is very compassionate and understanding about her patients. She will go the extra mile for her patients unlike others I have been thru. I highly recommend her. She is the Best.
Shey was very professional and gave me a good description on my hearing results. Prior to my appointment, I was sent a reminder with directions to the location of the office. Everything went smoothly without delay.
