Amazing service. Did a thorough examination of my building. Took the time to explain why what I wanted was not cost-effective and why I was better off with what I already had. Very friendly, no pressure.
Had a plumbing issue, and called Shewfelt's. They fixed the problem, and I feel they went over and above to take measures to ensure it wouldn't happen again, and to explain to us things to watch for and maintain going forward. They were professional and courteous, but most of all, they seemed to really care! Andre, Carter, and his apprentice were amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of service!
