Had my blood done twice at this location, first time was great! and had no bruising, but the second time the nurse managed to take my bloods in the wrong place, leading to bruising for a couple weeks, mixed bag in phlebomoty skill however the staff are incredibly kind, helping and understanding

What an awful experience having a blood test! Was very rudely told to take a seat having disturbed the receptionist in the staff room by just hovering by the door, her displeasure was palpable. Not 1 single word came from the phlebotomist after she told me to go in. She tied the elastic on so tightly that my skin was actually creased, still no speaking.
