On 6/16/2020 I called Shevchenko Monuments LLC to have my mother’s name etched on to an existing monument. The woman told me that they would go to the cemetery to check the monument and then mail a quote for the work to me. I received the quote for $495 which required payment in full before they would perform the work. I mailed the check for $495 and Shevchenko cashed the check on 7/17/2020.
