Would recommend Dr. Sheu and his staff to anyone. Dr. Sheu was very informative, along with Reyna in helping with my treatment. Reyna was prompt with any questions I had and as well with follow ups and medication prescription I needed. Thank you
Tried dealing with this doctors office multiple times. Major issue is they never pick up the phone! No matter what time I've tried calling they either don't pick up, in it goes to a message saying to try later. I've only gotten through 3 times out of the dozen I've tried. I did have an appointment 3 months after getting my authorization, only for my insurance to tell me they won't approve the colonoscopy because the office isn't covered anymore. So something is shady with this place

Dr Sheu is very well qualified as my GI specialist. My husband , brother and myself have all had colonoscopies and he has helped me with prescribing me an enzyme for my pancreas. It’s works! My mother passed from pancreatic cancer. Yes, he is of Chinese decent and has a thick accent but I understand him just fine.
