How do you justify denying any pain relief to an acute ER admitted patient because you walked in and the patient was asleep so they must not need it at all?! Nurses have been trying to get him to prescribe all day and he refuses. Now he won’t respond to the patient’s request for a specific reason. WV Board of Medicine will be getting this information. I have had it. It’s unacceptable.

I am very disappointed in the way Dr. Shetty and his assistants treated my friend. My friend had a simple infection which, I discovered later, could have been cured with a course of antibiotics. They did not prescribe the antibiotics that she needed and, as a result, she suffered for MONTHS with the infection. After several trips to the ER and a 2-day stay in the hospital (which she should have never had to have been admitted), I requested her to be seen by a specialist.
