Cannot believe the amount of bad reviews! Been with Cairns practice 56 years. Yes, the lines are busy in morning for appointments. There are loads of people who are ill, not just you, just keep ringing. They open at 8.30 am. Receptionist needs to know why you want to see a doctor, remember some people are hypochondriacs who don't need immediate access. Doctors get ill too, so there will be times they are short staffed. Previous review, they didn’t know why bad reviews. I only have good to say about health centre. The Gps are great, receptionist are very nice and helpful. The pharmacy is amazing all so. Reviews say about how it looks, you need to remember the number of people that go every week.
