Easy to get to the location and parking was average
This place is an old factory of some sort, but now it's offices and a charter school. Parking is bad, it's a maze inside. Very hard to find a public restroom that isn't locked. If it weren't for all of the damn cameras I would have peed in one of the neverending, Kafka-esque hallways. Whoever owns it should pitch the tenants - especially the Sheriff's Department and Social Security - and turn it into waterfront condos.
