Training with Katy is always fun and different. She is always learning and changing her workouts to benefit her clients needs during a particular season of life. I've trained with Katy for years and I think she might know my body better than me! She knows how to push me to do things I don't think I can. The small atmosphere of the gym is a huge plus!
I love training with Katie. She takes my physical limitations into account when designing a workout program, and her physical therapy knowledge and training provide great recovery as well as strength building workouts. Last but not least is her passion for helping and teaching people!!
I was absent from the gym for about 2 yrs as I recovered from 4 replacement surgeries (knees and shoulders ). Being pretty active in the gym to nothing in the gym was physically and emotionally challenging. So once I healed up I decided I needed a different game plan. I have been working with Katy as my trainer for about three months. I have always been reluctant to work out because it seems you always feel worse afterwards. I went to Katy on the recommendation of a friend and she has been terrific, She listens to what I say but encourages me to push myself to higher limits. Outstanding facility for improving one’s health, with outstanding support. The coaches work one on one, with individualized programs aimed for each client’s specific wants and needs. Coach Katy has many years of experience and truly cares for each and everyone of her clients. She sets up a specific program for all the ones she works with, so they may enjoy living a healthier lifestyle.
