I received two strand twists and I had a good experience. I received a shampoo and conditioner before the twist. Afterwards my scalp was oiled. Pam uses natural, organic products (I really like that). She worked quickly and was very professional.

I hate be that person, but I feel like this may be beneficial to anyone wanting the same services as I did. I paid $400 and booked to have my hair colored a darker brown and added honey blonde highlights. I inserted the inspiration picture and what I received. I expressed that I had recently boxed dyed my hair and was not happy with the shade it turned out. When I box dyed my hair, it turned a copper color. I love my boho braids Pam did her big one !!!!! Update: I recommend her hair growth oil it is phenomenal
