Was going to them for years and then changed prices without even telling clients. $90 for a hybrid fill is a little outrageous
i finally used a gift card I had been sitting on for over a year. I thought the prices were a bit high to do the membership but after Alyssa did My lashes I see it’s a steal. Alyssa was amazing. I fell asleep and woke Up to slayed. Atmosphere was clean snd everyone was friendly.
I was overcharged after they downgraded my appointment to be with an introductory tech with lower prices. I pointed it out and they insisted the deposit I put down would be refunded, which it never was. When I called to ask for a refund for the overcharged amount, they said they would only credit my account 50% of the amount I was overcharged, which is pointless as I will not be returning. They also started sending me marketing texts for multiple locations after I called for a refund. Terrible customer service
