She’s Hercules is such an amazing gym. I look forward to each class and always have such a great work out and some laughs. I love how unique each class is and how quickly you feel welcomed and part of the group. She’s Hercules is a great space for women to work out and to have a good time. I have noticed a big change in my overall day to day mood as well as my confidence. I’ve also made many new friends! It’s a great place to workout 💚

I look forward to She’s Hercules classes all week! When I first started here, I had been paying for a gym membership for 6+ months and used it only 3-4 times. After starting bootcamp I felt comfortable working out at the gym all by myself! Ended up cancelling the gym to go more often at SH because it’s wayyyyyy more entertaining. Thanks for all the time and effort you put into your clients Sarah! Truly wants the best for her girls.
