Honest review. Stopped by She's Happy Hair on 8/12 looking forward to purchasing some bundles. Due to Covid-19 there's a system where we order, pay, and then they bring out the hair for us outside to take home. I ordered the Peruvian body wave hair and was immediately disappointed when I got to my car to look at them. I should've took the hair back up there then but it came with a notice of no exchange or refunds due to this ongoing pandemic. Customer service goes a long way! Came in today5/27 to buy my daughter some hair for her birthday. Waited out to be buzzed in over 5 minutes. The girl was so rude! Couldn’t believe it. I even asked was I bothering her. She did not welcome or thank me at all. Very dry like she didn’t want to be there or help me t all. I love shopping with my Black venders but bad customer service will send me right to the Asian and shouldn’t have to do that
