I’ve been training with Simar for 6 weeks now, and I can honestly say the results speak for themselves. Every session is well planned, challenging, and tailored to my goals. They have a great balance of pushing me beyond my limits while making sure my form and safety come first. Its a nice gym, plenty of equipments for workouts, but One thing that I don’t like is , one of the trainer is always chewing gum so vigorously, giving bad vibes. It’s clearly written on the gym wall that no chewing gums allowed and their personal trainer is not caring about it. That girl needs to takecare if this thing. I am reviewing north delta location which is at 80 & 120st.
The experience is fine. They don't have enough machines as per numbers of members. Sometimes you have to wait a lot to use particular machines. Also, they have big signs that say chewing gum is not allowed, but their own trainers are doing it. So, what's the point of having signs on the walls. And always give weird judgemental looks, if you make eye contact. Atleast treat people nicely, no one is using gym for free.
Worst gym I have ever been to! Dilapidated and terrible customer service. No windows no natural light, looks like a dungeon. Worse than that, the staff is terribly rude! They asked me for a corporate ID card and being a business owner I do not have an ID card, & have never asked for one. I had no idea what she was asking me to provide in terms of ID.
