I had a disappointing experience at the gym recently. I was notified at the last minute about changes to my session schedule, which left me with little time to adjust. Additionally, my trainer ended the session early, before the allotted time had finished. She let me missed three session .This not only disrupted my workout but also made me feel like my time and commitment weren't valued. I expected better communication and professionalism from the gym and trainer.
I had a membership for this gym about two years ago and canceled. It gave it another try in December. Wanted to love it but honestly the hours suck. It’s quite expensive not enough machinery and it’s always crowded when I come in. Customer service is not the best either most of the people out front are just chatting With each other. Super disappointed because I really liked the women’s only gym concept, but this just did not work out for me.
SCAM ALERT‼️ Please be aware, if you want to stay away from unnecessary stress and chaos of getting charged even if you have cancelled the membership. Please note: * They are scammers ripping off peoples’ hard earned money. I am surprised many other people have been through the same issue when I read the reviews. Hi love the Shes Fit gym in Fleetwood Surrey. I use Tracy Cheng. She is a wonderful personal trainer very thoughtful and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Shes Fit Fleetwood and Tracy Cheng.
