Before I had turned 19 my mom had been the co-signer for my account and she wanted to cancel my membership. She went in and talked to the front desk and confirmed to cancel the membership. A year later, I wanted to go to the gym again but had to pay a fee of $300+ dollars for late fees and no payment :( I contacted them and they said my account was never closed even though the primary guardian had went to close my account. Trainer Tracy is the best!! I got personal training from Tracy and did 36 sessions. She changed my life! She is so knowledgeable and cares so much about helping you progress. She's so kind and wants you to be successful at whatever level you're at. Highly recommend her.
Wonderful staff I really enjoy going there.
