Used 7 years ago. Installed sockets. Drilled through the wall into the other room. Rather than make good or even apologise acted like this was acceptable. End up not paying as this was so bad.

Karen did a great job of wiring up my complicated heating system, it was a air source heat pump with various pumps valves and underfloor. I have full confidence if I have any electrical jobs or projects Karen will be able to do them for me. Thank you 👍
