What a rude customer service. Our hot water and heating is not working due to pipe leak and needed to be fix to able to turn the heating on. It is emergency for us. We have an infant and always have our heating on at least 22 degree. We needed quote first due to our budget as well even though it’s emergency doesn’t mean we can pay all the prices plumber asked for.
