I used them for over 10 years for my contractors bond. Last time I renewed for 3 years. I wanted to renew for 3 another years. They quoted well over $300. Seemed high since my credit score is over 810. I pointed that out and they said OK, we will lower it to $283 Next day I called with cc to pay. Now they wanted the $330. Seemed very high since my credit score is over 810. I checked online prices and got a 4 year bond for $229 at Economy Bonds out of Sacramento Ca.
Sometimes you can just tell when a change needs to be made. I highly recommend Joerg for all of your insurance needs. He responds quickly, is highly knowledgeable and is the perfect fit for our business. Thanks Joerg!
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Very shady business practice. I had a policy for many years and never had an issue. Until I tried to cancel the policy in December 2017 with Judie Murphy. I was told to fax a policy cancellation to the Santa Rosa office. Which I did but, she would not accept it unless I presented my new insurance policy. I didn't think this was necessary for privacy reasons as I was ending my business with Sherzer and Associates (Allied Insurance).
