Excellent care. Excellent doctor and total staff. Everything is well planned and coordinated, with attention to details.
Every person from start to finish was great! Rachel made me very comfortable while preparing me for the procedure. Todd Sleeper was funny and comforting and of course Dr. Pfeil was great and kind.
I love Dr Pfiel, she takes her time with her patients and really listens to their health concerns. That's why I don't mind waiting for her when she get behind on time. I know she really cares about everyone she sees and that to me is the best professional character of a good doctor you can trust. I means a lot to me and I always feel better after I see her. She is a blessing for OSUWMC.
Dr. Sheryl Pfeil is an extremely compassionate caring doctor, and knows her field of expertise like no other. Also her Resident with her was a fourth year she came across like an Attending Doctor with her education and bedside manner. I was very pleased with my overall care as usual, and the Anesthesiologist too.
