I would like to thank both of the Melissa Ms for their reviews because I had a similar, awful experience with this doctor. I felt really awful and bad about myself as if I had done something wrong after the appointment—she was so nasty and condescending. Horrible bedside manner and asked very few questions, not engaging at all. Once I saw the Melissa reviews, I understood that the problem was not me. I hate that I have to write this review but hope it will help someone. My husband saw Dr. Murray for the first time and had the worst experience of his life. He left there feeling embarrassed and confused. Dr. Murray didn't take the time to ask questions to the patient, to get to know him, to find out anything about why he was there. Instead, she looked at his chart and his appearance (he's black btw), made a whole lot of incorrect assumptions, and ran unneccessary tests. I don't know if I just caught Dr. Murray on a bad day (twice!), but I will NEVER see her again. For my first appt, my navigation took me to Niles, which was clearly wrong, but I'm not from here. By the time I got to the appt, I was 20 minutes late and, thankfully, she still saw me. She was very short, abrupt, and didn't really listen to my concerns. All I can tell you is Dr. Murray is simply the best doctor I've ever been too!!! I'm a very picky lady, she is knowledgable , simply cares, listens, and very through! I absolutely love her. I'm so glad I was recommend to her. I finally found a Doctor I love and trust. She never rushes you or dismisses your concerns. Makes you feel very comfortable. She personally called me with test result & answers my questions on North Shore Connect pretty fast! God Bless her!
