Rude staff. I would not want to be wait listed to a place that does not respect (potential) customers.They called me to ask me for my information to add me onto the waiting list but the woman who called me decided to end my call to pick up another while I was reading the insurance information to her. During this first call, she made unnecessary comments about how there were changes to the way she did her job which had nothing to do with adding me to the wait list. Warning! This woman does not know what she is doing. I went here in hopes to get relief from past trauma, I tell her everything she then starts telling me what I should be doing in life instead on helping me heal from the trauma. Enroll in school she says telling me to do things this way and that way and when I question her or say no that's not for me she gets upset with me, telling me with attitude and anger in her voice I don't listen an if i can't follow her directions I should look else where for help! it broke my heart ... read more
