I'm a long-time patient of Dr. Haber-Kuo. She's a great doctor, but her office staff are less than professional. I paid through the portal for my annual check up (which should 100% be covered by my insurance). A new job required a form to be completed about a week after that annual appt, and they made me come in again and charged me another co-pay instead of simply completing the form using my stats that were gathered at my annual. This office is beyond the WORST ! They could.not get the insurance right to start then sat through BS questions I ALREADY FILLED OUT ! Total waste of my time ! Then I pay the bill and they cannot even email me a receipt! How annoying to say the least, looking for another PCP , the office is not worth dealing with , too aggravating!
