My Experience with my Dr it's always Excellent 👍 Dr Sheryl M on top of everything not once she Ignores me...and also her Assistant Omar is Awesome ❤️ over all I give her and rest of Staff 100 percent 🫶
I had another doctor (yakoob)in the same group, and was terminated one year ago. My presriptions needed to be filled, so the manager over her told to send the one years prescription to Express Script, I have not a primary care doctor until this week, and he tried to send in my new scripts, and they were not able to refill my new ones because she went in a placed a "stop" on them on the last refill, and took several days, and hopefully it gets worked out. Read the bad reviews for Dr Malaty because that is exactly what I experienced. Someone needs to hold her accountable for her behavior towards patients behind closed doors. She treated me as if i was beneath her and didn't even make an effort to establish a patient doctor relationship. this was my first time meeting her and I was in shock at how badly she spoke to me. Dr Malaty has been my primary care doctor for five years now. She will remain so until either she leaves Houston or I am ‘gone’. 🙂. Dr M is so caring, so patient, and the ultimate professional! I trust her 100% and am so grateful for the excellent care and communication I receive from her. (Omar, her assistant, is also awesome!)
After my primary care doctor retired I needed to pick another primary. I had seen Dr. Malaty once before and really liked her. I’m so happy she is my new primary care doctor. She took time with me and explained all of my questions! She is amazing!
