Despite having a full schedule and being a new patient, Ellie was able to fit me into their busy day with a tele-health visit with the doctor. The pre-appointment triage call from Ilene was pleasant and professional and the actual virtual visit with the doctor confirmed all the good things I've heard and read from this office. Daniela S and Dr. Goril are very caring and helpful. Dr. Goril see my sister and myself. The patients and personal care they give us both are amazing. Dr. Goril really takes the time to see if I understand my overall health. Also her staff follow through very fast with helpful follow-up concerns or questions I may have.
Dr Goril was very attentive and informative, The staff exhibited a high level of professionalism ,and the wait time was on point..I look forward for my next visit.
This has to be the most incompetent office ever…where do I start: Last month, I had a referral to take some tests. They sent me to quest for a number of tests. One of those test, quest doesnt do…and Dr Goril’s office knew that but still sent me there. I could not take that specific test. I had to see out my own specialist through my insurance and call Dr Goril’s office back to set that up. My husband recently changed from his prior primary care doctor to Dr.Goril. I accompanied him to his first appointment. Everything was great from start to finish. The office is nice and new. Daniela was helpful at check in. Ellie was very efficient and sweet when taking us back. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable with Dr.Goril. She took the time to listen and get to know my husband. Highly recommend this office and staff. 10/10.
