The most professional company I’ve dealt with in a long time
Long story, but worth the read: We used Sherwood Title LLC on a land closing on recommendation of a friend to save a little money over a closing attorney... should have used an attorney. First, they held up our closing over a very minor plat issue that had nothing to do with the actual property (lot label) when interest rates were increasing daily.
