Bought faulty windows from their store and their “customer service” representatives refuse to resolve the situation and insist that i pay for a problem i didn’t create or ask for. Also ordered energy efficient windows and asked multiple times in advance for them to be certified to receive the home upgrade rebate and our $2000 front door was not sufficiently energy efficient, they did fix that situation but it took multiple phone calls and a few weeks for the problem to be resolved.
