Unfair charge at this hair salon in Sherwood, Prince Edward Island. I booked an appointment the night before for 9:00 AM. On the morning of my appointment, while I was already outside the salon, I received a call informing me that my appointment would be delayed to 9:30 AM. I agreed. However, after entering the salon, I was asked to wait again until 10:00 AM, despite clearly informing the staff during booking that I had a flight to Vancouver later that day. I’ve been going to Sherwood Styling for just over a year now and I’ve always had a great experience. As someone who finds getting haircuts stressful because of past experiences, I’ve felt genuinely comfortable and listened to by every stylist I’ve seen there. I’ve never had any issues booking an appointment, and I really appreciate that they offer evening availability. Their pricing is reasonable, and I’ll definitely be continuing to get my haircuts here.

Emily did my cut and highlights. I am very pleased with the results. I wanted blond highlights to blend with my grey hairs and it's perfect! Emily especially impressed me when she said that the way the dye lifted, I didn't need toner. This impressed me because she was thinking outside the box and she was right, the colour is perfect! The blond really blends in well with the grey. She added layers to my hair which helps to give my hair some lift rather than hanging. Very pleased!
