Dr Lo is incredibly rude, no empathy and just rushes you stating that there isn’t enough time to discuss all symptoms. Insanely blunt and unprofessional, cuts you off when speaking and doesn’t listen. I wouldn’t recommend this practice at all.
I can't even get through to make an appointment telephonically. And the few times I've been there in they are very short and don't actually pay attention to your issues
