901 main st landlord changed around early 2019. Since then, rent increase 30%, no heating in winter at least twice, no 24 hrs hot water happen every month. Service review drop from 5 star to 1 star, more and more mailbox no name on it which means people move out. When I move out, they charge me $175 for not take out a small table which was there when I move in, charge painting, charge repair all kinds of stuff which not related to me.
