This dealership is a JOKE!!! I bought a Jetta just over a month ago, and the driver’s side LED light already stopped working. The first time, they ordered the wrong part (the passenger-side light) and didn’t tell me until the very end of the day. I let it slide. Unfortunately, I have visited this location several times, and each visit has been disappointing. I have yet to leave feeling satisfied because my concerns are rarely resolved properly. During my most recent visit, I brought my car in because the infotainment screen was not working and there was also an issue with the accelerator. Took my Atlas in because of check engine light. They did some extra work that was all covered by warranty to be confident the issue was captured. Good communication and good experience overall.
