No respect for others time and poor communication. Took our brand new vehicle that we bought there for a rim replacement, booked an appointment for the replacement and was told it would be 30-40 minutes at most by the service manager, in actuality, I waited over 2 1/2 hours, and had to ask our 'advisor' what's going on (he's been good, but staggered by the lack of communication) Again, no respect for the customers time & poor communication.
