Do not take your vehicle here for maintenance. The customer service is absolutely horrible. Shockingly, instead of a certified technician, their receptionist is the one doing test drives and making decisions on whether your vehicle qualifies for warranty work.

I helped my brother to buy his new car in Canada and we went to Sherwood Park Toyota. As a newcomer my brother needed lots of help understanding everything from financing to choosing the right car. Maulik from financing did an amazing job going over all the paperwork and approval. The sales manager Zack and Art took care of my brother sale and delivery of the vehicle. No respect for others time and poor communication. Took our brand new vehicle that we bought there for a rim replacement, booked an appointment for the replacement and was told it would be 30-40 minutes at most by the service manager, in actuality, I waited over 2 1/2 hours, and had to ask our 'advisor' what's going on (he's been good, but staggered by the lack of communication) Again, no respect for the customers time & poor communication.
