My husband called today and he was told the parts department was open until 6 pm on Saturdays. He drove 30 min into Sherwood Park to find out they closed at 4 pm! The people in the dealership said “sorry, can’t help you” and walked away. Terrible service.
A joke of a sales team. Put a deposit down because the very specific car we wanted, they advised us was coming. Over email we were told $500, and it's refundable. When we came to sign the paper. It's said $1000, non-refundable. And if we put a deposit down on it. It would "have our name on it", coming late August. Now mid September, they are trying to sell us a completely different car, and the one "With our name on it" seems to of magically disappear. With no reply to where it went.
