A joke of a sales team. Put a deposit down because the very specific car we wanted, they advised us was coming. Over email we were told $500, and it's refundable. When we came to sign the paper. It's said $1000, non-refundable. And if we put a deposit down on it. It would "have our name on it", coming late August. Now mid September, they are trying to sell us a completely different car, and the one "With our name on it" seems to of magically disappear. With no reply to where it went. Went in to buy axle parts for my 98 4runner. Ivan got me all the parts he could that weren't discontinued and ended up getting me more than double the parts I needed for the job, my fault since it's my first axle job and didn't know exactly what I was looking for. All the parts were special order and Toyota policy says they can't refund special order, to my surprise when I called the next day and explained Ivan said he would refund me for all but one $7 part.
