Had my routine oil change and thought that there may have been a leak afterwards. Called in and got prompt attention from the service department, they even sent someone to my home to check the vehicle over and make sure everything was in working order. Got given a complimentary detail package at sherwood park hyundai due to them damaging multiple vehicles of mine purchased from them during service. I was told no expiry date on this detail and I can bring in Any vehicle i owned. Chance and shamus were made aware of this at the time. Called today to book an appointment to get that detail package completed to find out they deleted it from my profile because I no longer own a Hyundai. They sell Lemons!! DONT BE LIKE ME AND SAVE YOUSLRSELF $$$THOUSANDS$$$ My wife and I purchased a used Volkswagen vehicle from these guys a few months ago. The vehicle was only a year old and we were told explicitly that it would be under warranty still. This was a huge factor in the purchase of this vehicle. They showed us a Carfax that said it had been in one accident but didn't show any details. I initially booked a Tucson and later decided to upgrade to a Santa Fe calligraphy at the same branch. Despite staying with them, the pricing quoted was significantly higher than market value ($980/m 4 year lease — even with a $2,000 down payment. Phoning for information is like pulling teeth. It took 4 phone calls to get through to the parts dept, then they wanted name & phone # before putting the call through. All I wanted to know was if they had the replacement bulb for my car in stock. Painful!!
