1 Star – Very Unprofessional Experience Extremely disappointing experience at Sherwood Park Hyundai. I initially booked a Tucson and later decided to upgrade to a Santa Fe calligraphy at the same branch. Despite staying with them, the pricing quoted was significantly higher than market value ($980/m 4 year lease — even with a $2,000 down payment. Phoning for information is like pulling teeth. It took 4 phone calls to get through to the parts dept, then they wanted name & phone # before putting the call through. All I wanted to know was if they had the replacement bulb for my car in stock. Painful!!
Unfortunately have to submit a negative review for this dealership and all of Hyundai. I’d advise anyone to never buy a Hyundai as your motor or something else could fail without warning and cause complete loss of power and control while driving. They had a known recall active on our vehicle when it was purchased and informed us they would not repair the vehicle. Hyundai Canada has denied the claim as apparently the vehicle had been in service for 10 years and the motor failed 5 weeks after that date. Basically we were told ... read more
I bought this car having no time to spare. Rocked in took a quick test drive and made the deal within 30 mins. Aman, Adam and Peggy were so very helpful. But the real star of this show was Wade Romanick!! I was very short on time but he was able to break it down into manageable pieces that fit my schedule.
