I booked an eye exam and provided my own contact information, yet my mother received a text from the clinic without my consent. When I called to clarify, the staff referenced a previous visit in 2021 and insisted they “just go with the number provided.” I never gave my mother’s information. How does that even happen? This lack of privacy and apparent disregard for patient consent is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
This is the cream of the crop optical place. The staff here is amazing. They are super friendly and helpful. My optical place from now on. Thank you all for such amazing and knowledgeable service. August 11/2025 As usual the staff here is just absolutely awesome. Got in asap for an emergency appointment and was given the best treatment buy all the staff. Hats off too you all. Thanks so much for making my visit so very pleasant.
I recently went in to see Dr. Rahall for my 5 year old and myself for a check up . He was very professional, thorough , patient and kind. I have nothing but good things to say about him ! I highly recommend going to see him you will not be disappointed!
I need to see an optometrist as I had injured my eye and was able to get in the same day. The doctor was great and would highly recommend Sherwood Park Eye Center anyone looking
