The experience was wonderful back in September 2025 getting prescription and glasses done there. Two days ago while i was at work the glasses that I personally remember getting there with my bifocal broke on the left side managed to glue them and got another frame on my work break due to in need to be able to work. I went to the sherwood Park eye centre today and was told that the glasses are not from there and cant do anything about it. 10/5 Amazing first optometrist visit. Appointment availability: made the same day, at time requested. Service: no/negligible wait time. Communication with service after is quick, formal & sympathetic through email. Optometrist: curious, passionate, empathetic and thorough. Reason for visit: urgent check up needed. Tests used that I can quantify literately: intraocular pressure test, visual acuity test, slit lamp examination, fluorescein dye staining - TLDR the whole sha-bang.
