I tried to buy a car from them and was told it had sold. And yet it is still on line on different sites.. I was never told the truth on what day it was sold, only when it is getting picked up. They are a good representation of how customers feel when shoot used dealers..so frustrating.
DMd these guys on Instagram before coming to ask if it was cool to come in and take photos of the exotics to build my portfolio and they were totally cool with it. Came in the next day and they were super friendly and even opened up some of the car doors so I could get interior shots. I live 6 hours away and love making the drive up whenever they get in a cool new exotic.
This is not a COMPLAINT. Just sharing my wonderful experience with Sherwood Motorcars. I put an offer on a G63 which they had for more than 170 days in the showroom. They accepted my offer and asked for $1000 deposit and my credit card info, which I provided. I preferred to buy through financing, so they asked for all documents and kept me waiting for almost a month saying it takes more time to get financing for $200k vehicle. Me and the guys go to Sherwood Motorcars all the time, just to look around and dream...best place with very cool cars. Staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful sometimes letting you sit inside cars and sometimes even starting them up for you.
We Bought a 2017 BMW X3 back in October. Very happy with purchase. Our salesman was Hunter. He was very polite, knowledgeable and made the transaction smooth.
