I took my laptop in to SMRC because of water damage, only a small amount...they told me couple days to fix but took just over a week, then they called to say come pick up the laptop but when I arrived they said, they havent put the new keyboard in, so had to leave it for a couple more days, charged £80 (to basically dry it out) and then... the supposedly new keyboard didnt allow the keys in the left hand corner to work (shift, ctrl, windows key, alt, etc), I went back the next day to inform them and the reply was 'sorry we c... read more

Really happy with the service. Had a S23 Ultra with a broken screen, they took it in to shift data to a temp phone. Unfortunately my S23 was more damaged than anticipated. But they have taken it away to see if they can remedy anything with it, which I'm very grateful for. Top tier service, fast and very modest with their pricing. Really friendly member of staff and phone cases are competitively priced even against TEMU
Great price and job on a back glass replacement for my iPhone 13 Pro. Ready on time with full functionality. I would have given 5 stars if it were not for some slack internal workmanship. After taking the phone to Apple for a battery replacement the original battery had been removed and not glued/secured back in place.
