Maria (Manager) is a terrible person. she evicted a 62 year old woman who is 100% disabled for talking to other people in the trailer park that she didn't like!!!! She is very fake and the trailer park is a mess. terrible TERRIBLE management and sex offenders all over the place in there. PLEASE CONSIDER OTHER OPTIONS.
My mother,62, was attacked beaten, and raped there. Her home was broken into several times. She was robbed there. Another tenant attacked her several times, she called police,but girl is allowed back. They didnt fix her hot water for 3 years, it's still not fixed. Plumbing isn't fixed. They didnt repair a hole, which sunk per home, which messed up her roof, and they refused to fix it, but it happened to another tenant and they fixed the other tenents..
