2021: Fall: Sherwood Mechanical installed new IBC SFC199 Superflow combi-boiler for both our domestic hot water (DHW) and basement and garage radiant in-floor heating system. The new unit replaced the old 1998 system consisting of a conventional boiler and conventional hot water tank. The IBC system is much more energy efficient, safer, and takes up less space. 2023: - Spring: Installed new Trane A/C unit. - Fall: Bi-annual maintenace on combi-boiler. 2024: - Maintenance.
