Recommendedi have lived in sherwood manor for 28 years ya they raise the rent it is not a bad place to live
Every year they raise the lot rent, I'm a mobile home owner flat out, and now pay 410.00 as of Jan first for a small lot that includes water and trash but every year the park gets more run down and no extra amenities for that price I could be paying off a mortgage for a few hundred more, definitely selling and moving within the year, meth heads all around no park cameras or safety and not even the parks in the park for our children are safe. run down horrible place to live....

Our application process to financing has been pretty flawless. They told me that they can make repairs to my new home but I will see if they hold up to their words. For now I'm giving them a 5. February 11th of 2017 I will still give them 5 stars they had the furnace, an electrician and many other service people out here all right before Christmas . The electric grid went bad in the park and it was fixed right away with out no issues. Due to that it made my furnace not work. So they sent a furnace guy out to get everything w... read more
