Great landlord, company that owns it sucks, but that’s corporate America. Always felt cared about, even if some neighbors can be pushy or rude.. idk. The apartments are really nice, and I’ve enjoyed raising my babies here. Rent control is nice, getting assistance when times are rough is great, etc. I’ve had more peaceful times than bad times here. I enjoy my life here. The school is great. It’s easy enough to walk to town or get a taxi to town and back. Right next to the school.
Worst place you could live they never fix nothing and has mold under sinks and windows and walls cracks all over walls rust on heating registers sinks leak stove don't work right refrigerator don't work hot water and heat don't work half the time live animals in dryer vent so can't use dryer bad smell from drain black mold in air vents loose heat out door space at bottom of door you can see out side drains clog toilet over flows nothing is ever done
Filled with mold in the windows and walls. Was not impressed.
