The service department has gone out of their way to make the best of the mechanical failure of our Sorento motor!

I have a 2016 Kia Sorento, and I always get it serviced at Kia Sherwood Park. Booking an appointment is easy and you don't need an appointment for an oil change. The waiting area is so comfortable that I don't get bored waiting.
Amazing experience with Sherwood Kia, specifically with Service and Kelly! Had purchased a vehicle used, that had a transmission issue that I brought to them. They were able to diagnose it AND repair in the same day, and ended up being cheaper than originally quoted! They also completed a free comprehensive inspection without me even asking!
