Very bad service took 3.5 hours only for oil change i will never go back there very disguisting dont recommended to anybody
I've had a few minor issues with this service center in the past. But today I was informed that I needed extra work on my van. Was told that they informed me of this my past 2 visits but that I declined. This is absolutely not true as I travel and make sure my van is in good working order. Instead of an oil change it's now a thousand dollar bill. When I asked about contacting the manager I was told "he's in Disneyland " so I guess that means no. I'll be taking my van to another service center. Worth the extra drive.
The technician took the time to look up parts numbers fir me unlike their st albert competition.
