This was a wonderful stay. Just supreme. Maybe we were biased because we saw a mama bear and her four cubs just outside of our cabin (number 4527) 🤩🐻. We even saw a raccoon too. But the views of the mountains and the quality of the cabin were excellent - it was very cozy and charming😃. We stayed there for four nights from 12th July to 16th July ✊. Therefore, I truly recommend going here - it was our first time in the GSMNP-area and we are definitely going back some day.

Not impressed, can’t get ahold of their office staff even during office hours. No plug for the sinks, no oven mits, there’s literally a rotting piece of food w maggots on the porch by the jacuzzi, the gas grill is filthy and literally falling apart as is the jacuzzi. Can’t get ahold of an office person to give you WiFi password. They sent us the wrong cabin name at reservation. Cabin was not easy to find because the street numbers are not posted on cabin.
